How to determine the correct size system for your boat.

Determine the volume (length x width x height) of the engine compartment to be protected.

FG Series Systems are lighter Aluminum cylinders that are not refillable.

FD Series Systems are steel cylinders that are refillable in the event of a discharge. We strongly recommend that all diesel engined boats should fit an automatic engine shutdown system to avoid the system agent being dispersed.

Sea-Fire offers many models available for compartment protection from 25cubic feet up to 1500 cubic feet. All systems are pre-engineered, and filled with FE-241 clean fire suppression agent. Cylinders mount directly into the engine compartment, or modular cabinet. Systems are activated automatically by heat, or by an optional manual pull cable. FE-241 systems are for non-occupied spaces only.
